Start with a result you can describe
“Build something useful” is an ambition. A requirement gives that ambition shape: what needs to happen, what information is available, and what a successful result would look like.
The Oracle’s direction puts that clarity ahead of assembly. It gives the work a basis for deciding what can be reused and what remains to be resolved.
Composition still requires judgment
Two useful components do not automatically make one useful experience. They need to suit the requirement and work together. Gaps or incompatibilities need to be recognized rather than hidden behind a successful-looking output.
The aim is to build on prior work while retaining a clear connection between the original need and the assembled result.

Reuse is earned through checking
Checking a result against its requirements gives future reuse a foundation. The value lies in preserving work that has demonstrated what it can do.
The current local foundation explores this cycle within a bounded scope. General-purpose autonomous construction and a broad public development network are future ambitions, not current availability claims.
